1 Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and statutory holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
• You will receive a secondary notification email containing tracking details once your order has dispatched from our facility.

2 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout:

• Standard Shipping (United States): 7–10 business days | FREE on orders over $20.00 (otherwise $4.99 flat rate).
• International Shipping: 7–15 business days | Rates dynamically calculated at checkout based on destination.

We partner with leading global tier-1 logistics carriers to ensure fast, secure, and fully traceable delivery, including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL.

4 Order Tracking

Once your package leaves our fulfillment center, you will receive an automated shipping notification with a dedicated tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking status updates to populate on the carrier’s system.

5 Customs, Duties, and Import Fees

Mericraft LLC is not responsible for any customs clearance fees, import duties, or local taxes applied to your package during international transit. All associated fees imposed after dispatch are the responsibility of the customer.
